Free delivery on eligible orders

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the service, destination, order value and package weight.

Royal Mail services

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.50 up to 2kg or £6.90 from 2.001kg to 5kg. Free on orders of £200 or more. Up to 2-3 days shipping for “In Stock” items.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.00 up to 2kg or £9.00 from 2.001kg to 5kg. Up to 1-2 days shipping for “In Stock” items.

Royal Mail services are available in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

UPS services

• UPS Standard: £15.00 for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or £66.00 for Jersey and Guernsey. The service is available for eligible parcels from 1.91kg to 30kg. It remains chargeable from 1.91kg to 5kg and is free on orders of £200 or more only when the parcel weighs from 5.001kg to 30kg. Fast UK delivery with most orders arriving the next working day. Available on in-stock items ordered before 2pm, Monday–Friday.
• UPS Express Saver: £33.00 for Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Guaranteed next working day delivery before midday. Available on in-stock items ordered before 2pm, Monday-Friday.

• All deliveries are tracked and you will receive progress updates.
• Orders are dispatched from our UK logistics hub.

How is the delivery cost charged?

The correct delivery charge is displayed at checkout after you enter your destination and address.

We reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge to certain bulky items. If this applies, we will contact you so you can accept the additional charge or cancel the order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the service selected and stock availability. Eligible in-stock orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

How do I arrange a Saturday delivery?
